TAURUS IV - Powerful flatbed trailer for underground transport

The TAURUS IV platform trailer has a generous loading area measuring approx. 6,800 mm × 2,700 mm and offers a payload of up to 16 tonnes, making it ideal for transporting heavy loads underground.

The vehicle is powered by a powerful 180 kW engine, which enables a travelling speed of up to 30 km/h on level ground. Even with a full load, the TAURUS IV reliably masters gradients of up to 28%. For maximum manoeuvrability, both the front and rear axles can be steered, making tight bends in underground facilities easier. The robust vehicle frame made of precision-manufactured steel tubes in welded construction guarantees maximum stability and durability, even under demanding operating conditions.
